Services We Provide
We offer a full range of landscaping services in Lathrop, CA and surrounding areas. This includes lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. We will discuss the specific scope of work with you before starting any project.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us and our initial assessment. Final pricing may change if we discover additional work is needed or if project conditions differ from what was originally discussed. We will always communicate any pricing changes with you before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case by case basis.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the areas where work will be performed. This includes ensuring pets are secured and any obstacles are removed before we arrive. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items that were not marked or disclosed to us before work begins.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied. If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate issues. However, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants or grass affected by weather conditions, improper watering, or other factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
GateBridge Lathrop Landscaping carries appropriate insurance for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages that may result from our services.
Weather and Delays
Landscaping work depends on good weather conditions. We may need to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to work. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather delays are necessary.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
